AACR Project GENIE® (Genomics Evidence Neoplasia Information Exchange) is a nonprofit, contract research organization (CRO) wholly owned by the AACR. GENIE partners with industry leaders across the entire drug development lifecycle—from preclinical discovery to post-market regulatory activities—delivering best-in-class real-world data (RWD) solutions.
GENIE is built on two core components that power its research and data-sharing efforts:
- The GENIE Registry – A real-world clinico-genomic data repository.
- The GENIE Consortium – A collaborative network of 20 leading international academic cancer centers.
Together, these components create a scalable, high-quality oncology RWD ecosystem, ensuring researchers and industry partners have access to deeply curated, clinically relevant datasets to accelerate innovation.
